OCD Action is a national charity, with a head office in London and an additional office in Cromer, North Norfolk.
Our key services are:
OCD Action Support Groups - Our support group project (Always Better Together) works in partnership with 64 local independent support groups across the UK, in particular, in Norfolk we work with local support groups in Cromer, Norwich and Kings Lynn.
As a charity, we own and run 27 Skype and Phone support groups open to people across the UK and globally. Our range of groups cater for people with OCD, BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder), Trichotillomania (Hair pulling) & Dermatillomania (Skin picking), OCD & Autism, OCD & Depression, Parents of children/adults with OCD & BDD, Family members, Young people with OCD, Pure O, Perinatal OCD & OCD & Hoarding.
OCD Action Helpline - The OCD Action Helpline and Email Service is a confidential and unbiased service offering help, information and support for people with OCD, carers and anyone who is concerned that they, or their friends or relatives, may have OCD or a related disorder.
OCD Action Advocacy - Advocacy is about exploring options, securing rights, and enabling people to take the opportunity to regain power and control over their lives. Our Advocacy team support people to access treatment, secure housing, stay in employment and turn their lives around.
OCD Youth - OCD Youth aims to increase awareness and access to support for anyone under 25 affected by OCD. OCD Youth is run *by* young people with OCD, *for* young people with OCD. We organise trips and outings, run online meet-ups, take part in campaigning activities, manage a youth website and social media channels, write articles and awareness resources, produce videos and media.
